A fried creation exclusive to the premium tier presents kani and potato wrapped in bean curd, delicately seasoned with tomyam spice — an indulgent harmony of crisp and cream.
A comforting angelica root herbal soup, simmered for eight hours, connects the experience back to the earth — grounding the senses in gentle warmth and serenity.
